I've used the stamps Mysande Tilda and Kärleksbrev from Magnolia, and the text "Til deg!" (For you!) is from Anka's Design. :)
I've painted Tilda and the letter with Distress inks, and used copper Stickles on the stars on her jacket.
The papers are from the cowgirl collection by Crate Paper.
